We’ll guide you through joint-friendly exercises, teaching the basics of mobility and strength training in a friendly, welcoming space. Exercises can be adapted for all abilities with progressions and regressions as needed so you don't need to be a certain level of 'fit' to join, these classes are about working at your own pace to give your body what it needs.
