This class is all about building strong, healthy joints so you can move well through life. Whether you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, or just wanting to future-proof your body, we'll be using this session to focus on increasing mobility, stability, and strength to get your hips, knees, and backs, feeling their best.

🏋🏽♀️ What To Expect
We’ll guide you through joint-friendly exercises, teaching the basics of mobility and strength training in a friendly, welcoming space. Exercises can be adapted for all abilities with progressions and regressions as needed so you don't need to be a certain level of 'fit' to join, these classes are about working at your own pace to give your body what it needs.
If you're experiencing chronic pain that hasn't been assessed or treated, we recommend consulting a doctor or physiotherapist for clearance before joining. But don’t let pain put you off, there are almost always ways to move safely, build strength and increase mobility even with longstanding conditions and we have experience working with all ages.

This class is for women and cyclical people to come along to however you're feeling. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, work at your pace and adapt the movements as needed to get your body moving well and them joints stronger
