Weight Lifting Class - Exclusively for Peri & Menopausal People
Your body is changing. Now is the time to learn to change with it. Very Peri Strong is a Sunday morning strength class designed exclusively for peri & menopausal people who want to learn to lift with confidence and feel strong going into this next phase of our cycles.
🏋️♀️ This Is For You If... you've ever felt unsure in the weights room - intimidated by the equipment, uncertain on technique or not idea where to start - this private class is your space to move and build strength without the usual gym pressures.
🏋️♀️ What You'll Learn... how to lift safely and effectively to support your hormones, protect your joints, boost energy and take care of your future self.
🏋️♀️ What to Expect:
A 1 hour small group (max 8 people) strength-based workout tailored for perimenopause and menopausal people, focusing on muscle building, bone health and energy regulation.
A private, welcoming and supportive class — the gym is closed to members for this session, this is a space for you.
Adaptable exercises to suit all levels - whether you're brand new to lifting or already have some experience. Beginners will learn the basics, while more experienced lifters can progress and refine technique
No judgment, no pressure—just a space to come along as you are, get Very Peri Strong and train for the long term together
Post-class cuppa & chat (optional) – join us after class for a cuppa and chance to chat on a different menopause related topic each week from symptoms to nutrition. Invite your friends along to join the conversation as we become the community we need

Parking: Free parking available on site. Please park in our allocated bays or use Haven Banks car park across the road.
