Service Description
The best way to get a programme that suits your health and fitness goals is to co-create it. You bring the knowledge of where you are starting from, what you'd like to work on and what equipment (if any) you have available and we'll bring the expertise to turn in it into a plan you feel confident doing on your own. Programme design includes a 1 hour 1:1 coaching consultation (online or at the gym) where we chat over your goals, can demonstrate exercises and you can ask any questions. You'll receive 4 week plan with up to 3 workouts a week + video links to each exercise so you can follow along at home or in the gym
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / reschedule: 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule bookings without charge. No-shows, late requests to cancel/reschedule will strictly be charged at a full session rate. Booking terms: All payments are non refundable and session credits from block bookings must be used within 3 months and cannot be rolled over. Session termination: Your trainer reserves the right to terminate a session if you are unwell with any contagious illness or are more than 15 minutes late without making contact via call, email or text. Risk management: Any exercise programme carries with it an element of risk of injury /illness. The sessions will be designed to minimise the risks whilst providing an effective exercise/activity intensity.
