On the one hand this is excellent - you are free to do what you want! On the other it can be overwhelming because where do you start? Who do you trust? What's going to be most effective?

And the answer is... You start anywhere. You follow your curiosity. And learn along the way. You set achievable goals. You win some weeks. Do your best to curve dodge ball the next.  Some seasons will be about sorting your shit out, others will be literally for the fun of it. And piece by piece you build your own version of fit, well, healthy that works with the ever changing reality of your life, your energy levels and your schedule. â€‹â€‹
