WHAT
WE'RE
ABOUT
Growing up in a culture overinvested in how women look and underinvested in how well we are has complicated millions of people's relationships with movement, food, rest and body image.
The tide is changing but we have work to do to correct the course our collective health trajectory as we get older. And the best time to start is today.

We strip it all back to basics. So you can focus on building habits and routines that work with who you are, how you think and that can adapt to the reality of your day-to-day life - which no one knows better than you.

Our mission is to tool you up with strategies to build your own version of strong, create your own definitions of fit, explore your own relationship with wellbeing at your pace, on your terms.

WHO WE ARE

-
Founder: Bee Watson. GGS Women's Health Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer with special interests in strength & mobility training for healthy ageing at every stage of the menstrual cycle and exercise as treatment pathway for ADHD management

-
Trusted collaborators. We work with creatives, therapists, health professionals and academics to develop workshops, resources, events and new approaches in response to feedback from our community

-
Partnerships: Ultd x Sport England who are supporting our mission to reduce barriers to access to strength training for peri-menopausal and neurodivergent people through the Movement For Change Award

-
Community: Everyone who comes to a session, engages with coaching, signs up to the newsletter, likes a post, tells a friend is a part of the Version community. We co-create Version with you to tackle real challenges and change health outcomes for peri-menopausal people together.
Only 29% of women and cyclical people currently exercise enough to maintain their muscle mass and bone health as their hormones change with age. Which means a lot of people experience preventable health conditions, fractures or live with treatable chronic pain in their lifetime.

The most common reasons given for exercise avoidance are: not having time, not knowing what to do and lack of confidence.

We know, first hand, how challenging it can be to get started and how difficult it can be to keep going.

We also know how much easier and more enjoyable it can be with the right resources, strategies and people on your side - and that's what we're here to do.
