If you've ever felt unsure in the weights room - intimidated by the equipment, uncertain on technique or not idea where to start - this private class is your space to move and build strength without the usual gym pressures.
You'll learn how to lift safely and effectively to support your hormones, protect your joints, boost energy and take care of your future self.
🏋️♀️ What to Expect:

A 1hr small group strength-based workout (max 8 people) tailored for perimenopause and menopausal people, focusing on muscle building, bone health and energy regulation.

A private, welcoming and supportive class — the gym is closed to members for this session, this is a space for you.

Adaptable exercises to suit all levels - whether you're brand new to lifting or already have some experience. Beginners will learn the basics, while more experienced lifters can progress and refine technique
