In my years working as a personal trainer on the gym floor, one thing became very clear: Most women weren’t struggling with motivation or discipline in the way they thought they were...

What was actually happening was, they were navigating a mix of
:

  • busy lives

  • fluctuating energy

  • changing hormones

  • conflicting priorities

  • caregiving responsibilities

  • chronic pain / illness

  • body image challenges

  • late or undiagnosed conditions (i.e. ADHD, perimenopause, burnout)

While trying to keep up with health and fitness advice that wasn't designed for their bodies or the reality of their day-to-day lives.

And then blaming themselves for not being 'consistent'.....

Only 29% of women and cyclical people currently exercise enough to maintain their muscle mass and bone health as their hormones change with age. Which means a lot of people experience preventable health conditions, fractures or live with treatable chronic pain in their lifetime. 

I haven’t always been fit or well.

 

I know first-hand how challenging it can be to get started AND how difficult it can be to keep going when you're trying to piece things together on your own.

Building and sustaining healthy habits takes years, not weeks.

But I also know what’s possible when you give yourself time to create what works for you.

How It's Going


I’ve worked with so many women who were too anxious to step foot in a gym, who had never managed to stick with anything before and people living with pain, injuries or long-term health conditions.

Together we’ve built strength, trust and confidence. We've managed symptoms, followed recovery plans, designed routines around medical guidance and in some cases even prevented surgery or reversed conditions.

The majority of them are still training years later (either with me online or independently) We teach you everything you need to know so you can come and go as you please.

We make health & fitness fit who you are, how you think and what your body needs. At any age and at any stage of your cycle.

Real transformation doesn’t come from extreme approaches, rigid rules or fad diets. It comes from stripping things back to the basics, setting realistic expectations and looking after your body in ways you can sustain (and hey, maybe even enjoy!)

We design pick & mix strategies, resources and programme that you can use to build your own version of strong, fit and well. At your pace. On your terms. For your life.

Because no one knows how life feels in your body better than you do.

What We Do

Version Coaching is run by Bee Watson — a GGS Women’s Health & Menopause Coach and Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer with special interests in habit building for healthy ageing and using exercise as a treatment pathway for ADHD management.

In 2025, we received investment from UnLtd and the Sport England Movement for Change Award to scale our coaching approach into an online programme and resource hub designed to improve women's long term health outcomes through training, education & community
