This option is for you if you want a customisable plan and regular 1:1 time to work through what’s coming up for you - in your training and in your life.

  • support navigating injuries, fatigue, stress, or changing circumstances

  • A personal training in your pocket, access to my calendar to book 1:1 checks, interactive log book and an app-based 3 month strength and mobility programme

Individual coaching support:

  • Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 coaching calls (you set the frequency)

  • Ongoing adjustments to your programme as needed

  • Support building routines and systems that fit your capacity and demands of your life

  • Priority booking for upcoming coaching blocks and workshops.

PERSONALISED

You want support, structure and space to learn.

This option is for you if you want a plan plus weekly guidance & accountability to help you make it work in real life 
 

You don’t need to:

  • know exactly what you’re doing

  • be consistent already

  • have ever trained before

  • have loads of time or energy to spare

  • participate in group chats / calls  (if you don't want to!)

What you get:

  • An app based structured strength & mobility 3 month programme

  • On demand upper, lower and full body workout each month

  • Designed to be done at home or in the gym

  • Video demonstrations, in-app workout scheduling and exercise tracking
     

Group coaching support

  • Weekly structure that helps you reflect, adjust and continue training

  • Regular prompts to set and reflect on goals, manage expectations and check in on capacity

  • Q&As: submit questions and get clear, considered answers on a weekly basis

  • Guidance on load selection, progress, recovery and pacing

  • Monthly workshops on topics of your choice

  • Support adapting the programme around time, energy, injury, stress and cycle.
     

A framework grounded in women’s health research

  • Coaching that takes hormones, stress, neurodiversity and different life stage into account

  • Programme designed by a women's health coaching specialist to tool you up for menopause and beyond.

£450 for 3 months
( = ~ £37.50 a week)

You want clarity, without ongoing commitment.

This option is for you if you want focused, personalised support either as a standalone session or alongside another option.
 

You might book a call if you:

  • want one-off guidance without joining a programme

  • are following a programme and want to sense-check your approach

  • are in group coaching and want one-to-one space to go deeper

  • need help adjusting training, recovery, routines, or habits

  • want clarity around capacity, nutrition, stress, or energy
     

You can book a one off standalone call or individual sessions as and when you need support. You do not have to be training with me or following one of our programmes to book in - sometimes you just want an outside eye or second opinion.


You’ll leave with:

  • personalised specialist guidance and support on the topic/s of your choice

  • practical actions you can apply immediately

  • a better understanding of what support (if any) would be useful next
