On the one hand this is excellent - you are free to do what you want! On the other, we know this can feel overwhelming because - where do you start? who do you trust? what's going to be most effective?

And the answer is... You start anywhere. You follow your curiosity. And learn along the way. You set achievable goals. You win some weeks. Do your best to dodge a curve ball the next.  Some seasons will be about sorting your shit out, others will be literally for the fun of it. And piece by piece you build your own version of fit, well, healthy that works with the ever changing reality of your life, your energy levels and your schedule​​

ONLINE COACHING

  • One to one health, fitness and nutrition coaching to build enjoyable routines that suit who you are and how your brain works

  • Support to maintain a healthy lifestyle around your commitments 

  • Flexible workout plans & nutrition guidance tailored to your goals

  • Overcome hurdles impacting consistency (i.e. time, finances, expectation management, motivation)

  • Via call or zoom

  • £45 per hour or book a block of 12 for £495​

DIY PROGRAMMES 

  • Personalised 4 week workout plans created to suit your fitness levels and preferences

  • Up to 3 workout per tailored specifically to your goals

  • Includes a 1 hour personal training or online coaching session

  • Video links to exercises to follow along at home or in the gym

  • Designed for the equipment you have available and location you want to train in

  • £150 for a 4 week starter plan or programme refresh

AGEING STRONG

We're not out here looking to train anyone to be the next Worlds Strongest Person - our weight lifting interests very much lie in functional fitness - a fancy pants way of saying training that looks to keeping you strong for life so you can continue to enjoy doing all the things you love to do at every age. We'll work on exercises that directly translate to your day-to-day activities (lifting, carrying, stepping, walking) and will maintain your mobility, look after your bones, relieve pain and strengthen your joints.

UNMASKING

When it comes to creating a healthy lifestyle that you can and want to sustain, it's important to work with who you are and how your brain works. It's always going to be a process of trial and error to figure out how to eat, train and rest in ways that suit you and adapt to the demands of you're life. If like us you're neurodivergent there's often additional levels of challenge that present when building and maintaining routines. This is why we work with you to co-design programmes, that particularly focus on developing ways of training and living that suit you and provide the level of flexibility you need to stick with and enjoy them.We

MENSTRUAL CYCLE AWARENESS &

MENOPAUSE SUPPORT

We are cyclical beings living in linear systems that often ask us to bring the same energy to each day - our hormones aren't shy in letting us know they have other ideas. The better you get to know your cycle the better you can learn to respond to what your body needs and be nice to yourself in the process. Your training is an excellent space to explore and track the natural fluctuations in energy, mood and appetite that come with having a menstrual cycle and experiencing menopause. One day it will be standard practice that all fitness professionals are trained in women and cyclical peoples health - however while it's not, it's something we are continuing to develop a specialism in to be able to best support you. 

UNTANGLING 

We are here for the unravelling of diet and hustle culture major way. We're here to learn how to make decisions from a health first perspective that places how life in your body feels ahead of it how looks. And we are most certainly here to support you in the exploration of how to fuel yourself to feel most energised and well, build the muscle mass needed to age strong and develop a heathy relationship with food, rest and movement without the shame or guilt that many of us have been taught to feel.
